I liked the location, it's easy to find, it's close to Naia terminal 1 and has a parking lot. It was worth what I paid for the hotel because it was clean and the staff were kind. The security guards and the shuttle bus driver who took us to the airport were kind. I want my family and I to stay there again during our next vacation.

the hotel provided a shuttle van that can pick you up on check in and drop off at the airport at check out. Complimentary service but only operates between 6 am to 6 PM. Free, safe, cold drinking water refills. Place was clean and good for stop overs. Water pressure is good. Air conditioning is strong. staff friendly and tried to help when they can.

The room and staff were excellent will go back in the future. Only thing about the room the 📞 didn't work. I ask them to come take a look but no one came. I don't believe I got what I wanted after paying for the upgrade it was supposed to be a view of the city . But the room was comfortable and clean no window but awesome air conditioning staff was always there to help great service for the price

The best staff work right here. This the best hotel to stay at when you have a connecting flight the next day or just need a quick stay in manila after a long haul flight. The staff here are very friendly, nice, professional, and accommodating. The complimentary shuttle pick up/drop off was very convenient. The check in went smoothly. The room was decent and acceptable. The breakfast was yummy and sufficient. I heard a vendor selling taho and I wanted to buy, but I realized I didn’t have cash with me coz I left it in my room. One of the staff at the restaurant heard me saying “I want taho but I don’t have cash rn” so she ran outside to get the vendor and handed me 100php. She was very kind and sweet. I will never forget that. The driver, receptionists, restaurant staff, guards, housekeepers, and everybody here are very nice. Reggie was very kind helping us with our luggage and always greeted us with a huge smile. Location is nice as well. Atm, bank, food chain like wendys and chowking, pares, and 7-11 are less than five minute walk from oyster. The service here is 10/10.

Nice 24 front desk, receptionist with good smile and attitude make me check in comfortable. Hot water, air conditioner, bed without bad smell, really a good small place for short waiting to connecting flight. I came after 00:00, when I just got out Grabtaxi, Hotel security help me to get to hotel with carrying luggage, that's great, because here made me feel not safe 😅 around hotel. As for breakfast, omelet egg and rice, delicious 7:00am airport transfer service, good 👍.

The hotel perfectly matches my expectations. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is well-maintained and the hotel location has easy access to Mall of Asia. There is also a van going to Sucat from MOA which is handy. A free shuttle to airport was a big surprise and everyone seemed to be very helpful including the guards on duty. I will definitely stay in this hotel in my future holidays and highly recommends for tourists to try for a better hotel experience.

A little background, we are a muslim family looking out for halal hotels and this came up in one of our searches. We mainly needed a bed for overnight stay, we booked this hotel because of their reasonable price that comes with free airport pick up and drop off. The free breakfast is a plus (we opted for mushroom omelette and veg omelette but nonMuslims can have the typical Filipino breakfast I guess.) Their receptionist Myra was sooo accomodating as she packed our breakfast for us so we won't be delayed for our domestic flight. Kuya driver was very professional. For good info, pick up at international airport is just at Bay 8 and he will be holding a placard with the hotel name. Side note, DoNotBuy sim card at the airport stalls! We booked a twin room for my 13 and 10 years old. Alhamdulilah, it's next to the family suite. The family suite is very spacious. One big bed and one smaller bed at the foot of the big bed. There is a comfortable sofa and a dining table with 4 high chairs.

We needed a place close to the airport for an overnight stay and this was perfect. They have an airport shuttle bus that runs daily from 6am-6pm which was our main reason for picking it. Not too far from the airport (it was 20 mins for us in heavy traffic). The staff are polite & welcoming, rooms are clean with great AC & the breakfast was suburb.

Free airport transfers (08:00 – 18:00) New towels and sheets. Tv, air-conditioning, shower WC OK. Hardly any toiletries. Actual wardrobe. Table and stool. No bedside lamp. Full local breakfast from menu. Free mineral water. No lift/elevator but just one floor up. Own restaurant, not as cheap as local eaters. Get a quieter back room if you can. 24/24 English speaking reception. Good WiFi. Early checkin and late checkout for 200 pesos per hour
